These Terms govern the use of Ironcore products and websites ("Services"). By creating a workspace or using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the company you represent.
Ironcore provides business software delivered over the internet, including Ironcore CRM. Each product is licensed independently; using one product does not require purchasing another.
Free trials provide full access to the designated tier for the stated period, at no charge and with no payment information required. At the end of the trial, access is suspended until a license is activated; your data is preserved.
Paid access is granted through activation codes valid for twelve (12) months from activation, for the number of users of the purchased tier. Codes are single-use and non-transferable between companies. Licenses renew only through the purchase and activation of a new code — there is no automatic charge.
You retain all rights to the data your team enters into the Services. If your license expires, your workspace is preserved and can be reactivated. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time.
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, to attempt unauthorized access to other customers' data, or to resell access without a written agreement with us.
We work to keep the Services available and secure, and provide support through the built-in request system and by email. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when practical.
The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend access for material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time; fees for unused license periods are governed by the purchase agreement.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
